“Thank you all for being here today. I’m so excited to share this time with you. I’m Sheryl Watson, Clairvoyant and Metatron channel. I have the honor of channeling the most powerful Archangel energy. We’re going to explore something that is both ancient and incredibly practical — the idea that we are never alone, and that the Angelic Realm is far more involved in our everyday lives than most people realize.Most people believe in Angels, but they don’t always understand how Angels work, or that there are Angels and Archangels who specialize in very specific areas of human life.
Angels and Archangels are created beings of light. Creator made them as liaisons for humanity between the Higher Realms and Earth density. They are sent to assist in all ways possible for people.

If you’re struggling with a relationship, there are Angels who help with communication and healing.

The Angelic Realm is beautifully organized. It’s responsive. It’s compassionate. And it’s available to every single one of us.
Today, we’re going to talk about who these Angels are, what they do, and how you can call on them in a simple, natural way.
You’ll learn how to recognize their presence, how to receive their guidance, and how to build a relationship with them that supports you in your daily life.

EXPLAIN ABOUT ANGELS AND ARCHANGELS
Angels are messengers- soldiers. They carry out the directives of the Archangels.
Archangels are like “department heads” — overseeing major areas of human life.
For example, Michael the Archangel, who is tasked with protection for Earth and all inhabitants. He is the most important of all the Archangels, mentioned in the Bible, Jewish teachings and the Quran. Always he is seen saving lives and fighting evil.
Another Archangel is Gabriel. Gabriel holds a blue fire and brought to Mary the news that she would be the Mother of Jesus. Gabriel is the ultimate messenger.
There is a hierarchy in Heaven, which is another study we won’t get into today. 🌟
👼 How Angels Assist Us
Angels are assigned to different aspects of human experience.
For example:
• Concern for a child → Angels who specialize in children’s safety, development, and emotional well‑being
• Relationship struggles → Angels who help with communication, healing, and harmony
• Health challenges → Angels who support physical and emotional healing
• Life purpose confusion → Angels who guide direction, clarity, and courage
• Animals → Angels devoted to the care, protection, and emotional needs of animals
• Finances → Angels who help with stability, opportunity, and wise choices
• Travel → Angels who oversee protection, timing, and smooth passage
• Emotional states → Angels who help with sadness, fear, overwhelm, or feeling lost
3. How to Engage with Angels
Communication is key in working with Angels. There are three parts to communication with Angels: intention, invitation and receptivity
Intention: “Intention is the moment you decide what you truly want help with.It’s the clarity behind the request. Before you even speak to the Angels, your intention is already communicating with them.”
Invitation: What “Invitation” Means Invitation is the moment you actually ask the Angels to step in.It’s the act of opening the door and permitting them to help. Angels are beings of pure respect. They don’t interfere. They don’t push. They don’t override your free will. So even though your intention sends out the signal…your invitation is what allows them to act.
Receptivity: What “Receptivity” Means
Receptivity is the art of allowing yourself to notice, feel, and receive the guidance the Angels are sending you. It’s the softening. The listening. The openness.
If Intention is knowing what you need…and Invitation is asking for help…then, Receptivity is the space you create to receive the response.It’s not passive — it’s attentive openness.
The language Angels respond to is Clear requests, emotional honesty, and openness.
How to recognize their responses
Signs, intuition, synchronicities, inner knowing, dreams, sensations.
HOW TO ASK THE ANGELS AND ARCHANGELS
Create a quiet environment. Set up protective energies around yourself. Call in your Angels and Guides. Take a moment to center. Now ask for the assistance you need. You don’t have to know which Angels to call upon. But if you do, say, “I now call in name of Angel___________ to assist me. Now state your requests of the Angels, how they can help. Be heartfelt and thankful. Be open and say everything that is on your heart. Know you are heard. You don’t have to be perfect. Angels read your heart. When you feel complete for now, Thank the Angel. Ask for a sign and answer to your request. Thank the Angels again and close your meditation.
KNOW YOU ARE HEARD. KNOW THE ANSWER WILL APPEAR.

You will know Angels hear you and are real when your life experience makes it clear to you. Angels do respond in many ways to your requests. Here are some ways:
